Chill first, decide later
Milk goes to 4°C within 90 minutes of milking, before anyone decides which product it becomes. Quality is set at collection — the plant can only preserve it, never recover it.
About the company
Adiganga Industries Private Limited was incorporated in 2009 to do one thing properly — take milk from farmers in the Kanpur belt and turn it into dairy that reaches a retailer's shelf without ever leaving the cold chain. Seventeen years on we run a 2,00,000 litre per day plant, 46 village chilling centres and a fleet that dispatches every single day.
Our story
We did not start with a plant. We started with a chilling centre, one route, and the conviction that whoever chills milk first wins on quality.
Incorporated with a single 5,000 litre bulk milk cooler serving 60 farmers across four villages, supplying loose milk to local vendors.
Commissioned a 25,000 LPD pasteurisation and pouch-filling line, and moved from loose supply to branded poly packs.
Added dedicated ghee and paneer lines, took the FSSAI licence for value-added dairy, and crossed 1,000 supplying farmers.
Certified to ISO 22000:2018 with a HACCP plan, and built the in-house laboratory that now runs 31 tests on every batch.
Spray-drying commissioned for SMP and dairy whitener; distribution reached nine states with refrigerated line haul.
14 SKUs manufactured for distributors, sweet shops, HoReCa and food manufacturers, with 8,400 farmer families supplying daily.
How we operate
Milk goes to 4°C within 90 minutes of milking, before anyone decides which product it becomes. Quality is set at collection — the plant can only preserve it, never recover it.
Payment on measured fat and SNF, on a fixed ten-day cycle, directly to the farmer's bank account. No commission agent, no deduction, no delay when our own receivables run late.
The code on a pack resolves to the collection route, the tanker, the line, the shift and the lab report. Test records are retained for two years, whether anyone asks or not.

Leadership
A buyer's escalation should reach a named person, not a contact form. These are the desks that own procurement, production and quality.
Managing Director
Founded the company in 2009 and continues to own procurement strategy and farmer relationships.
Head of Plant Operations
Runs processing, packaging and dispatch across all lines, and owns the maintenance and CIP schedule.
Head of Quality Assurance
Owns the HACCP plan, the laboratory, batch release and every complaint investigation.
Names and photographs are placeholders — replace them with the actual leadership team before this page goes live.
Farmer development
Higher fat and SNF at collection is worth more to us than any process improvement inside the plant. So the spend goes to the shed, not just the factory.
We hire for plant operations, quality assurance, procurement field roles and distribution. And if you are here to buy, sales will come back to you within one working day.
